TURNING SECTION

Dave Sheldon, Production Manager, checks the set-up on a Colchester
Tornado which is one of 13 CNC Lathes in our 23 machine turning section.
The skilled operators throughout this section are individually responsible
for achieving the specified quality, supervised by frequent on-line inspection.
MILLING SECTION

Thirteen 20 Station CNC Machining Centres with 4th Axis and Fanuc Controls
ensure highly complex machining operations are carried out on all our product
ranges. CNC wire eroding is also available in this department.
