We manufacture a wide range of precision punches and dies in HSS, solid carbide and carbide tipped, with a full range of coatings available on request, e.g. TIN, TICN, HARDCHROME. This intricate machining operation is achieved by using Walter CNC grinders, Colchester Tornado CNC lathes and Jones & Shipman universal and cylindrical grinders. Diamond paste polishing is the final operation to achieve the mirror finish specified.
