Tool Group have been manufacturing Supercut Rotabors. The unique
patented 'CHIPBREAKER' form, which we have designed and developed, allows
faster swarf removal and gives longer tool life.

Turning Section includes 11 CNC lathes for high volume precision production

AUTOMATIC MILLING
These fully automated
triple flute spiral milling machines are part of a 30 machine Milling Section
which includes CNC and Automatic Cyle machines for mass production of Supercut Rotabors. |

This specialist department
has a wide range of Hi-Tech measuring equipment including 3 Baty optical
profile projectors with CNC programming, automatic edge sensors and printed
readouts which enable us to stringently inspect all Supercut Rotabors
to the precise tolerances specified. |
