INSPECTION EQUIPMENT CALIBRATED MONTHLY BY BSI AGENCY

Our inspector uses a Strasmann optical cutter angle measuring unit ensuring all rake angles are to the correct geometry.

5 Baty shadow master projectors with CNC programming, automatic edge sensor and printed readout enables us to inspect radii, angles, forms, diameters etc. at a magnification of 10-1, 25-1 and 100-1.

Special centres in HSS and carbide tipped, special arbors, special mandrels and pilots, all produced to customers' own specification

Manufactured with 30^° helical carbide blades brazed into steel bodies and designed for high speed machining operations in the aerospace industry

SOLID CARBIDE RANGE

Our custom made precision solid carbide tooling includes Coolant Fed Drills spiral and straight holes, solid carbide Reamers, Countersinks, Chamfer Cutters, Coolant Fed Reamers with coolant ducts into flutes, solid carbide Step Drills, solid carbide Drills or Reamers jointed on to steel shanks and any custom made Drills, Reamers or Cutters to suit customers applications with a full range of coatings available on request, e.g. Tin, Tic"N" etc etc.
